Mike Siow

After being in the IT industry for more than 16 years, Mike attributes his success today to his humble beginnings as a Service Delivery Manager, responsible for the management and delivery of all IT-related projects outside normal day-to-day operations.

Mike started his own company in 1999 and has since trained more than 50 support engineers and technical helpdesk specialists. Many of whom have carved out a name for themselves as highly sought-after industry experts. Corporations such as Citibank, Compaq, Goldman Sachs, Moneyline Telerate, and Agfa Medical have entrusted Mike with building a reliable and effection IT infrastructure. One of his best-known projects¡Xwhich later became a benchmark for the industry¡X include Goldman Sachs' relocation to Raffles Link, Compaq's company-wide migration to Windows in the year 2000, Citibank's local and regional projects which involved thousands of users, ranging from Application Deployment and Integration, Network and Operation System migrations. He specializes in Desktop & Servers, Firewall, Network Infrastructure and System Securities.

Mike co-founded several IT companies, including Tat's IT Solutions Pte. Ltd. in 2006, which primarily focuses on the IT Service sector. Since its inception, Tat's IT has gain a significant market share in this area, with clients like HG Metal, Syras Group, Orient Express line and Wearns Technologies.

Esther Lai

Esther Lai has more than seven years of experience as an IT professional in programming, software development, IT administration and helpdesk support. She graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Computer Studies and from Singapore Polytechnic with an Advanced Diploma in Multimedia Studies.

Esther worked 3 years as a programmer in a software house and has worked with major companies like HP, Microsoft & Adobe. She has traveled extensively across Asia for consultancy-related roles. Today, she is an entrepreneur providing IT solutions to SMEs and MNCs, and helps many others hone their skills in business development and management, customer service, pre-sales preparation, after-sales support, and supplier management.
